Before you order
How durable is the engraving?
The laser cuts through the coating into the bare steel underneath, so the mark is physically part of the cup. It won't fade, peel, or wash off — including in the dishwasher.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are engraved and packed within 2–3 business days of you approving the proof. Bulk and corporate orders are scoped individually based on quantity.
Can I send my own logo or design?
Yes. Vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS) give the cleanest result, since the engraver follows the line work directly. We'll send a proof either way before cutting anything.
What if I notice a typo after ordering?
Nothing gets cut until you approve an exact proof showing your text, font, mark, and placement — so you can catch and fix anything before it's permanent.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes — orders of 25 units or more qualify for per-cup volume pricing, with one-time setup for a logo or wordmark. Reach out through the quote request and we'll follow up with details.
